Q. Is Modern Inn a licensed hotel?

A. Yes. Modern Inn is a legally registered lodging business in Taiwan. Our registration number is Taichung Hotel No. 445 (臺中市旅館445號). You can book with confidence—your stay is covered by applicable lodging regulations and consumer protections.

Q. What are check-in and check-out times?

A. Check-in is after 16:00 and check-out is before 12:00. Please contact us in advance if you need early check-in.

Q. Is parking available?

A. We currently do not have dedicated on-site parking. Please unload at the entrance, then use nearby public or private lots; availability and fees follow on-site notices. Contact us before arrival if you need parking suggestions.

Q. Are pets allowed?

A. To maintain a comfortable environment for all guests, pets are not allowed.

Q. What is the cancellation policy?
